Rocky Knoll: The 18-hole par 72 course features 6,062 yards of golf from the longest tees and is located less than 2 miles from the City of Bangor and .5 miles to the Brewer City line. The course was designed by Robert Phillips and consists of (2) adjoining land parcels that total 156.53+/- acres. The first parcel (Back 9) has 91.53+/- acres, 9-holes and is owned in fee. The second parcel (Front 9) has 65+/- acres, 9-holes and is on leased land. The property will be sold in the entirety including all of the real estate, personal property, food service equipment, mowing equipment, golf carts, tractor, grounds maintenance equipment, golf simulators, and golf rental equipment.
