To Mainland Ferry Terminal: Heading north on Rt. 302 in Raymond at the junction of Rt. 302 & 85, follow Rt. 302 north 3.3 miles, left onto Raymond Cape Rd., follow 5 miles, right onto Ferry Landing Rd. to Ferry stop straight ahead.
To Cottage from Island Ferry Terminal: By Car - Go straight off the ferry bearing right onto Sunset Rd., follow .5 miles, left onto Leisure Lane, follow 1 mile to property on the right. By Foot - Look for auction shuttle sign for ride to auction cottage and then back.
The town has installed E-911 addressing signs. They are the newer metal white and blue signs. The new E-911 number for the auction cottage is 489. There is an older 272 sign next to it on a wooden post. While traveling to the cottage, disregard the newer E-911 sign on the left that says 272. It is not the auction cottage.

Terms: A $20,000 deposit (nonrefundable as to highest bidder) in CASH or CERTIFIED U.S. FUNDS, made payable to the Keenan Auction Co., Inc.
