Fully Enclosed (split) wheel house to port.
Cuddy cabin has a portside entry door, tabbed sole, machinery locker, storage locker, and a V-berth.
The hull is fitted with PVC rub rails and spray rails.
HULL: The hull is molded, laminate fiberglass with a flared bow, hard chimes, and a full keel. There is current damage to the keel as seen in the photographs. The hull is stiffened with four longitudinal stringers, tabbed composite bulkheads, live well dividers, and components in the cuddy cabin.
There is a tuna door at the transom and a stainless plate at the hauling station.
DECK AND HOUSE: Molded fiberglass top deck with Core-Cell coring. The deck is joined to the hull with fiberglass tabbing. The side decks are supported with a 45 degree full-length stiffener. The wheelhouse has Bomon windows. There is a tip-out Boman window at the helm. The cuddy cabin has a Bomar deck hatch and 4-portlights. The wheelhouse has a sliding entry door, a Bomar overhead hatch and acoustic fabric headliner. The toe rails and combings are finished with welded stainless steel flatbar.
WORK DECK: Fiberglass and Coosa Board panels set over the full height partitions for the lazerette and live wells. The surface is painted with non-skid and is pitched to (4) transom scuppers and the tuna door. There are (2) Freeman and (2) Anchor Marine deck hatches and (2) RE Thomas bronze access plates. There is a rope locker with a gravity drain above waterline.
ENGINE AND GEAR: FONT COLOR=RED>Engine Repair or Replacement Required. MAN D2868, 1000 horsepower marine diesel engine. The serial number is 640-4758-821-4763. The gear is a ZF 500-lA with a 2:1 ratio. The engine is flex mounted to heavy aluminum hangers, side bolted through the reinforced stringers. The engine hour gauge reads 3603.0. The engine is equipped with a MAN digital panel. The controls are Kobelt twin levers at two stations. The engine area is finished with Soundown insulation
COOLING: Fresh water cooled with raw water heat exchanger, aftercooler, oil coolers, 2" bronze Groco seacock and Groco sea strainer. The intake seacock has a bronze ball valve and tee for winterizing. The raw water discharges into the exhaust.
EXHAUST: Wet exhaust system with custom made stainless riser and mixing elbow, 10" 316 stainless pipe with molded silicone mbber exhaust hose connectors, discharging through a welded flange at the transom.
SHAFTS, BEARINGS, PROPELLAR: The shaft is 3" stainless with an internal RE Thomas bronze, water cooled packing gland. The prop is reported to be Nibral
RUDDER AND STEERING SYSTEM: Stainless blade (reported) with a 2 ½" post, supported on the molded skeg with a bronze keeper (reported). The post is capped inside with a RE Thomas bronze packing gland. Hydro Slave two-station steering system with a belt driven pump, aluminum reservoir tank, and dual stainless rams on a stainless quadrant.
FUEL SYSTEM: Two 250 gallon fiberglass tanks set below the work deck, between the stringers and held with tabbing. The fills are 2" bronze pipes with threaded caps on the tank tops with RE Thomas bronze access plates in the work deck. The vents are USCG Type Al to cabin side vent fittings. The fuel lines are USCG Type Al. The system is equipped with MAN primary filters and Groco and Apollo valves plumbed to a manifold
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 12 and 24vdc system, (2) Blue Seas battery switches, and 12 and 24vdc breaker panels. DC systems include all LED running lights, fishing lights, flood lights, deck lights, cabin and engine room lights. There are two Rule 1100 submersible bilge pumps with manual and automatic operation, (2) Rule 3700 live well discharge pumps, and a Heater Craft cabin heater. There is a Cobra 1500 watt inverter for a computer screen with a designated Blue Seas switch.
There is a limited bonding system.

TRAP HAULING EQUIPMENT:
Hydro Slave trap hauling system with 14" stainless hauler, stainless backing plate, PTO driven pump, 24 gallon aluminum reservoir tank and standard control valve.
The davit is a welded A-frame with 3" stainless square tubing braced at the deck and cabin side. A hydraulic trawl winch is installed at the top of the davit. The block is a Hydro Slave Superblock #5.
Pacer hydraulic driven wash down pump with a 2" bronze Groco seacock. The two live wells are filled via a valve manifold with overflow drains through the hull, above waterline and with two 12vdc Rule 3700 discharge pumps.
REMOVAL: Upon confirmation of sale, buyer will be responsible for removal of the vessel from the auction site. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with removal of the vessel from the site.
TERMS: A $5,000 deposit (nonrefundable to the highest bidder) in Certified US Funds, made payable to the United States Marshals Service (deposited with the Auctioneer as a qualification to bid). The sale is subject to confirmation by the United States District Court for the District of Maine. The confirmation hearing shall be scheduled by the Court, and interested parties will be informed as to the date, time, and place of the confirmation hearing. If the sale is confirmed, the remaining balance of the Buyer’s purchase price shall be paid by bank check or certified check payable to the United States Marshal on the day of confirmation, or on such other date that the Court orders.
